Moses Kwesi Baiden Jr., an experienced entrepreneur with a legal background, has forged a remarkable career spanning over three decades. His diverse skill set includes business development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. Transitioning from law to entrepreneurship reflects his visionary outlook and dedication to positive change. As the driving force behind Margins ID Group, a majority-owned Ghanaian company, Moses leads a dynamic team focused on creating software and hardware solutions for clean and empowered societies.

Moses’s impact extends beyond entrepreneurship. Kwesi Baiden is currently the Deputy CEO at Margins Group an identity solutions company made up of 3 subsidiaries. Prior to that he was the Senior Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Transocean one of the largest drilling companies in the world. In this role, he had oversight of the company’s global compliance program reporting to the Audit Committee and the General Counsel of the Company. Kwesi joined Transocean in February 2020.

Prior to that he spent 12 years working for Valaris plc and its predecessor companies in a variety of legal roles, including as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Operations Counsel overseeing the company’s global team of lawyers. He has a JD and an LLM from Columbia University and is admitted to the New York and California bar and is also admitted to the Ghana bar.

Kwesi started his career in New York City working for the prestigious law firms of Skadden Arps and Weil Gothal as a corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions attorney respectively.

Emmanuel Selby is an Executive Director of Technology with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects, particularly in identity management and card personalization.

At Margins ID Group, he has built strong expertise in system integration, technical design, and project execution, making him a key leader in the company’s technology-driven initiatives. One of his most notable achievements was leading the digitization and issuance of the Biometric Vehicle Registration System for Ghana’s DVLA. In this project, Emmanuel oversaw the design, build, and delivery of a turnkey solution, coordinating sub-contractor activities and integrating systems like AFIS, data collection, and personalization infrastructure. Additionally, he managed the digitization of over 20 million forms for 2 million vehicles in Ghana.

He also played a critical role in expanding the National ID system, handling technical system design, integration of mobile workstations, and biometric data management. As the Chief Technical Officer and Lead System Integrator for the Foreigners Identity Management System Project, Emmanuel demonstrated his ability to manage large-scale identity projects effectively.

Emmanuel holds an Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technician qualification from Accra Polytechnic and has received specialized training in Datacard MX 6000 and MPR 5800 systems, Sagem biometric access control systems, and Project Management from GIMPA. His additional training in the UK and France with the Datacard Group further enhanced his knowledge of EMV-compliant card personalization and issuance systems.

With his strong technical skills and project management expertise, Emmanuel excels at leading diverse teams, managing contractors, and ensuring the timely, on-budget delivery of complex projects. His experience in high-volume card personalization, biometric systems, and intricate system integrations makes him a valuable asset to the technology sector.

Charles Mevaa is a seasoned global executive with more than two decades of leadership in secure identity, smart cards and eGovernment systems across Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Card Production Systems, ICPS, the manufacturing arm of Margins ID Group.

Prior to this appointment, Charles held senior executive roles within IN Groupe and SURYS, where he managed international business units across Europe and North America, delivering sustained revenue growth and double-digit profitability. He led global operations in optical and electronic secure components for identity documents, supporting major national programmes across Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe.

Earlier, at Gemalto, later acquired by Thales, he directed government sales across Africa, securing landmark national identity, ePassport and biometric database contracts. During this period, he tripled regional revenues and received multiple distinctions,including the Highest Annual Growth Sales Award and the Project Management Excellence Award. At the outset of his career, Charles held senior engineering and quality leadership roles in semiconductor manufacturing, space and telecommunications with ATMEL, EADS Astrium and Wavecom. His work contributed to new technology introduction, yield optimisation and patented innovations in mobile communications and configurable electronic circuits.

He holds a PhD in Microelectronics from Ecole Centrale Lyon and completed executive education in Advanced General Management at HEC Paris. Fluent inFrench and English, he has worked in more than sixty countries and brings a deep understanding of government procurement, cross cultural negotiation and large -scale public sector transformation. He is recognised for building high performance teams, restoring organisational momentum and aligning innovation with measurable results.

Beyond his professional commitments, Charles values balance and cultural engagement. He enjoys long walks, watching football and is a dedicated supporter of Paris Saint Germain. He also maintains a strong interest in museums, art and jazz, reflecting an enduring appreciation for creativity, history and thoughtful expression.

As CEO of ICPS, Charles leads large scale secure manufacturing operations responsible for producing high security smart cards and secure documents that support national identity programmes, financial services, telecommunications and government credentials across the continent. His mandate spans strategy and operations: strengthening manufacturing excellence, deepening international certifications, scaling capacity and positioning ICPS as a globally competitive, African led secure production facility.

Elangovan Sukumaran is the Chief Production & Commercial Officer (CPCO) at Intelligent Card Production Systems Ltd., where he oversees both production and commercial performance.

In his current role, Elangovan focuses on cost reduction and expanding the company’s market presence beyond Ghana. His expertise in production management, operations, quality assurance, and business development has been integral to optimizing production processes and driving the company’s growth. In his eleven years at ICPS, Elan played a pivotal role in securing Visa, MasterCard, CQM & Intergraf ISO14298 certification at ICPS and he is well-versed in VISA, Mastercard, and Intergraph certification processes, ensuring that ICPS meets the highest industry standards.

Throughout his career, Elangovan has held leadership positions in the card manufacturing and embedded technology industries. As Plant Manager at Cardstel Solution Ltd., Nigeria’s first PVC card manufacturing startup, he successfully started PVC card production. He also served as Head of Business Development at Universal Embedded Technologies Ltd., where he helped develop telematics security products at West Africa’s first embedded technology company. Additionally, Elangovan managed large-scale ID card personalization projects, including setting up the plant and managing the personalization of 70 million INEC ID cards in the shortest span of time at Cardcentre Nigeria Ltd. (Chams Group). He also worked as Maintenance In-charge Electronic in the first VISA & MasterCard certified card manufacturing plant in India, The Versatile Card Private Ltd, from 2000 to 2003.

Elangovan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Annamalai University and a National Technician Certificate (NTC) in Electrician from Ambattur Government ITI. His strong technical background, coupled with hands-on experience, has enabled him to drive product development, process optimization, and quality assurance in his roles. With his operational expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, Elangovan has become a key player in the smartcard manufacturing and embedded technology sectors.

Ferdinand Aggrey-Fynn is the Group Head of Supply Chain at Margins ID Group, bringing over two decades of experience in strategic sourcing, engineering, civil project oversight, cost control, and enterprise risk management.

He leads the Group’s supply chain strategy across its subsidiaries, ensuring operational efficiency, procurement integrity, and value optimisation in support of national-scale programmes. Ferdinand’s journey within Margins ID Group began at Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), where he served in progressively senior roles including Assistant Production Manager, General Manager for Production and Engineering, and Group Procurement Manager.

He played a central role in the construction and commissioning of ICPS’ 4,000 square metre secure manufacturing facility, the first ISO 9001:2015 certified card manufacturing plant in Ghana. He also led the refurbishment and upgrade of MIDSA’s ultra-modern offices at Octagon and directed the end-to-end supply chain planning and materials management for the Ghana Card project, ensuring the timely availability of specialised equipment and secure production inputs within a tightly controlled environment.

Ferdinand holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from Coventry University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Procurement from Ghana Technology University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), combining technical engineering depth with structured project governance expertise. Before joining Margins ID Group, he worked extensively in the HVAC sector with firms such as Supercare Cool Air Limited and Cold Temperature, where he managed complex engineering projects from design through execution and commissioning. He is recognised for his disciplined execution, strategic procurement leadership, and ability to align engineering, supply chain, and operational priorities to deliver secure, large-scale infrastructure projects that underpin Africa’s identity and credentialing ecosystem.

George Williams is the Acting Chief IT Infrastructure Officer at Margins ID Systems Applications Limited (MIDSA), a subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

With over twenty years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems management, he leads the design, security, and resilience of mission-critical platforms that power national digital infrastructure. George has played a central role in architecting and deploying high-availability IT systems for major public sector programmes. His portfolio includes the core infrastructure behind the DVLA Vehicle Registration System and the Ghana Immigration Service Border Management System, both of which demand stringent security, uptime reliability, and data integrity.

His expertise spans secure network architecture, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, security operations, and compliance with international standards. As Group IT Manager for Margins ID Group, he led the design and implementation of ISO-certified IT service management frameworks and drove the adoption of key security and business continuity standards, including ISO 27001 and ISO 22301. He spearheaded the deployment of Security Incident and Event Management systems and the establishment of Security Operations Centres, significantly strengthening organisational cyber resilience and real-time threat monitoring capabilities.

George holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He is also professionally certified as a CISSP, CISM, and CCNA, and holds multiple ISO Lead Implementer credentials. He is recognised for combining technical depth with strategic oversight, ensuring that national-scale identity and security systems are built on secure, scalable, and standards-driven infrastructure.

Gordon Kwashie Dogbe (WO1, Rtd.) is the Acting Security and Risk & Health and Safety Manager at Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), where he oversees security, risk management, and health and safety compliance.

With over 30 years of experience in security, Gordon’s career spans military service, peace support operations, and corporate security. His military experience includes serving as a Communication Warrant Officer in Mali and multiple deployments with UN/ECOWAS peace support operations in Lebanon, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. He also served as a Radio Communication Instructor at the Ghana Military Academy, where he developed expertise in training and communication.

After transitioning to the private sector, Gordon focused on corporate security within the card production industry. At Margins ID Group, he has held roles ranging from Security & Risk Supervisor to Deputy Security and Risk & Health and Safety Manager. His responsibilities include conducting audits, risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and implementing security policies and procedures in line with industry standards such as EMV, ISO 14298:2021, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 22301:2019, and PCI. Gordon manages a team of 62 security personnel and reports to the CEO.

Gordon’s skills include risk management, strategic planning, training, and employee welfare. His qualifications are further supported by certifications from the Ghana Armed Forces Signal Training School, Data Link Institute, and UNIFIL. With his extensive experience in both military and corporate sectors, Gordon is a skilled security and risk management leader, adept at implementing effective security strategies and ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.

Welford Quaynor is the Card Production Manager at Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), the secure manufacturing subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

He provides end-to-end oversight of card body production, leading technical execution, production planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficiency, quality assurance, and security integrity throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. His progression within ICPS reflects steady operational leadership. He has served as Acting Card Body Production Manager, Card Body Production Supervisor, and Die Cutting Supervisor, managing daily production targets, maintaining equipment performance, enforcing quality standards, and guiding technical teams on the production floor. Earlier in his tenure, as Head of the General Services Department, he oversaw facility management and provided operational support to core production units, strengthening his enterprise-wide understanding of manufacturing systems.

Before joining ICPS, Welford held supervisory and administrative roles in the construction and engineering sector, including positions with G-Land Construction Co. Ltd and Cadastral Construction Co. Ltd. His experience in project supervision, quantity surveying support, and multidisciplinary coordination shaped his structured approach to operational control, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

He has completed extensive professional development in integrated management systems, earning certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, and ISO 19011. His training also covers ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, internal auditing, project management, and executive studies in business administration, governance, and leadership. Welford is recognised for disciplined execution, technical depth, and steady leadership. He plays a pivotal role in sustaining production excellence at ICPS, ensuring that quality, compliance, and operational performance remain central to secure card manufacturing delivery.

Samuel Francis Sackey is the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager at Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), the secure manufacturing subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

With over 21 years of experience in quality assurance and 18 years in general management, he brings seasoned leadership in regulatory compliance, systems documentation, risk management, and continuous process improvement within high-security production environments. At ICPS, Samuel leads the maintenance and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Card Quality Management (CQM) standards, and other critical international certifications. He ensures strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, reinforcing ICPS’ position as a secure and globally compliant smart card manufacturer.

His responsibilities span the design and strengthening of internal control systems, planning and conducting QMS audits, managing corrective and preventive actions, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle. He leads risk and opportunity assessments, develops mitigation strategies, and delivers targeted training to build staff awareness around quality, compliance, and operational discipline. He works closely with internal and external auditors, certification bodies, and cross-functional teams, including Health and Safety committees, to sustain audit readiness and operational integrity.

Before joining ICPS, Samuel served as General Manager at Savers Enterprise, where he focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Earlier, as Quality Officer at Graphic Packaging Limited, he supported quality systems as well as safety, health, and environmental initiatives. He also gained international exposure as a Stockroom Supervisor at Peacock Stores in the United Kingdom, strengthening his operational and managerial perspective.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Art from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. His professional development includes certifications in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14298:2021, and multiple ISO standards covering risk management, information security, IT service management, and business continuity. He has also completed executive and leadership programmes at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Axis Human Capital. He is recognised for his structured approach, audit readiness mindset, and unwavering commitment to quality excellence.

Andrew Boahene-Anderson is the Flexographic Manager at Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), the secure manufacturing subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

He leads all flexographic printing operations, driving technical optimisation, production discipline, and quality assurance within a high-security manufacturing environment. With over thirty years of specialised experience in narrow web offset and flexographic printing, Andrew is regarded as one of the pioneers of advanced label printing in Ghana. He oversees high-performance narrow web flexographic presses of up to twelve colours, ensuring precision registration, colour consistency, and strict adherence to ISO quality standards. His leadership ensures that complex print runs meet exacting security, durability, and visual integrity requirements.

His expertise spans the installation and commissioning of advanced printing equipment, preventive maintenance systems, materials estimation, vendor negotiation, and cost control. He has coordinated machine installations alongside global manufacturers including Nilpeter USA, Kluge USA, Autoflex UK, and Rotatek Spain, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted technical authority. A committed mentor, Andrew invests in developing press operators and production teams, strengthening internal capability and embedding operational discipline across the print function. Prior to joining ICPS, he held senior technical and leadership roles in leading print houses in Ghana, where he consistently improved production standards and efficiency.

He holds a Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanics and a City and Guilds Intermediate qualification from the Royal Technical College, as well as an NVTI Trade Test certification. His formal mechanical training provides the engineering foundation for his deep technical mastery of flexographic and web offset press systems. Andrew is recognised for combining hands-on technical expertise with structured operational leadership, ensuring that flexographic production at ICPS consistently delivers precision, reliability, and world-class quality.

Felix Egyin is the Smart Card Manufacturing Supervisor at Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), the secure manufacturing subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

With over a decade of experience in secure card production, Felix brings strong technical depth and operational discipline to large-scale manufacturing. Currently leading the Milling and Embedding operations of ICPS, Felix oversees the chip integration processes that support national identity schemes, financial services cards, and other secure credential programmes across Africa. He manages daily milling and embedding activities to deliver against strict production targets, quality thresholds, and international security standards, ensuring precision at every stage of the process.

Felix began his career at ICPS as a Bureau (Personalisation) Operator, where he handled printing, encoding, laser engraving, embossing, and data verification under tightly controlled security protocols. He later advanced to Milling and Embedding Operator, independently operating and optimising high-volume systems including the Cardmatix MME04 and MME06 platforms. His expertise spans machine calibration, parameter optimisation, defect analysis, yield enhancement, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance coordination.

Among his key contributions, Felix has overseen the milling and embedding of over 30 million Ghana Cards, supported production for The Gambia’s National ID programme, and contributed to the personalisation of millions of biometric, banking, and non-banking cards. He holds Mastercard and Visa certifications in chip embedding, reinforcing ICPS’ compliance with global payment scheme standards.

Felix holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Accra Institute of Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Koforidua Technical University. His professional development includes training in EMV standards, ISO 14298 (Intergraf), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 20000, and specialised technical training in milling, embedding, and secure printing systems. He is recognised for his precision, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Rebecca Newman Aryetey is the Human Resources Business Partner for Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), the secure manufacturing subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

She leads the alignment of people strategy with business priorities, ensuring that workforce capability, organisational culture, and performance frameworks directly support operational excellence within a highly regulated production environment. In her role, Rebecca oversees workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance with labour and statutory requirements. She works closely with leadership to strengthen succession pipelines, embed structured performance systems, and cultivate a high-accountability culture across the organisation.

With over twelve years of progressive HR experience, Rebecca has held senior roles with Beiersdorf CWA (NIVEA) and Nestlé Ghana Limited, and has also contributed at regional level within Nestlé Central and West Africa Region Limited. Her experience spans succession planning, leadership development, hybrid workforce implementation, large-scale capability-building initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment strategy across multinational environments.

She holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast. Rebecca is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, reflecting her global HR expertise and strong grounding in governance and best practice standards. She is recognised for her structured approach, strategic clarity, and ability to build resilient teams that sustain performance, compliance, and long-term organisational growth.

Andrews Hoyah is the Acting Financial Controller at Intelligent Card Production Systems Limited, the secure manufacturing subsidiary of Margins ID Group.

With over five years of progressive leadership within the organisation, he has a strong foundation in financial governance, cost control, internal controls, and ERP-driven performance optimisation within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. In his current role, Andrews provides strategic oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and inventory control. He leads the preparation of monthly management accounts and Board reports, develops and refines costing models, and delivers cross-functional financial analysis that supports informed executive decision-making. His work strengthens transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Financial Accountant and Account Officer at ICPS. He managed month-end and year-end close processes, supervised payables and receivables, enhanced reconciliation frameworks, and ensured compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and statutory tax obligations. His progression through the finance function has given him a practical, end-to-end understanding of manufacturing finance, audit coordination, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Andrews holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast and is a Level 3 Candidate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He has undertaken specialised training in corporate governance and IFRS technical updates delivered by Deloitte Ghana. He is recognised for his financial discipline, analytical strength, and commitment to strengthening controls, improving costing accuracy, and supporting sustainable profitability within ICPS’ secure production operations.
